The Market Management Department Held the 2018 Fourth Manager';s Debriefing Training Meeting

From Nov.10th to Nov.11th in 2018, the domestic market management department held the fourth manager's debriefing training meeting in 2018 in the conference room of third floor in east building. President He Kehong, general manager Luo Baoping, deputy general manager Feng Jun, and all members of the sales department and foreign managers attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by general manager of HL Luo Baoping.

The managers of the foreign offices mainly focused on the sales situation in three quarters of this year and the arrangements for future work. After listening to the reports of the managers of sales situation, the president proposed six requirements for future sales: 1. Sales personnel should establish a sense of responsibility and try their best to complete their sales tasks. This is the responsibility of each salesman. 2. Each salesperson should be grateful to the company, and return the business with action and try not to live up to the expectations of the enterprise; 3. Sales personnel must establish a career responsibility, if decide to do a line of business, it is best to love it, dive into and master it; 4. To emancipate the mind, change the mode of thinking, to update their knowledge base, continue to learn new knowledge, enhance the execution ability of sales staff, and strengthen communication skills; 5. We must gain and get inspiration from the debriefing every time, we must have a deeper understanding of sales, find the direction of development and strive to put into action. 6. All sales personnel should continue to learn, deeply understand the"Two Manuals", promote team building, strengthen cohesion, and at the same time understand and implement the spirit of each debriefing meeting. After the speech of President He, the general manager of Luo Baoping, put forward several requirements for the sales work in the fourth quarter.
